Being Vigilant In Peace Time The Reflection On The Strengthening Ruling Ability Construction Of Communist Party Of China

This thesis attempts to conduct a systematic research on the topic of strengthening ruling ability construction of the Communist Party of China with methods of applying theory to reality, synthesis analysis, literature study and historical study. The thesis demonstrates the importance of strengthening the ruling ability construction of the party and analyzes the reasons of some big and old partied in the world losing ruling status one after another and its enlightenment to our party. Then, the thesis proposes the concrete measures to strengthen the ruling ability construction of our party.This thesis includes three partsThe first part demonstrates the importance of strengthening the ruling ability construction of our party. Strengthening the ruling ability construction of the party is the inevitably request to improve our party's own condition, the basic guarantee of realizing three big historic tasks and comprehensively constructing well-off society and the realistic need of confronting complex changeable international situation.The second part analyzes the main reasons of some big and old parties in the world losing their ruling status one another and its enlightenment to our party. This part thoroughly and carefully analyzes the main reasons of incumbent parties of four countries losing ruling status. They are the Communist Party of the Soviet Union which was in power 74 years, the Japanese Jimindo which firmly grasped Japanese political power for 38 years, the Indian Popular Party which was in power for 6 years but also losing power in the election and the Spanish Alliance in Power which is difficult to runaway the mourning power misfortune respectively. Thus, the thesis profoundly summarizes the advantageous enlightenments of these parties losing ruling status.The third part proposes how to strengthen the construction of ruling ability of our party. Strengthening and improving the party own construction, maintaining the advanced qualities of our party are the first thing to conduct. In the new situation, only by strengthening our own construction continuously , can our party manifest the essence of"the three represents", strengthen and improve the leadership of the party and maintain the advanced qualities of the party; can our party main the advanced status, shoulder the dignified mission well which the history and the time trust with. At the same time, the party should scientifically aware and grasp the ruling rules of the incumbent party; persist that a party is built for the people, being in power is for the people. The party should truly achieve the purpose that the power is used for the people, the sentiment concerns the people and advantages are to the people.
