Perspective Of Migrant Workers' Subjectivity In The Horizon Of The Materialist View Of History

At present, people study has already become the new direction in studying Marxist philosophy, and probing individual character and subjectivity has become one of the major breaches. The materialist view of history on the basis of the conception of practice is a foundation of Marx's thought about subjectivity and the cornerstone of the theory of people's development in an all-round way too. Using the view and method of Marxist philosophy to solve the concrete problem in the society, reflects the era's characteristic and social value of philosophy, which becomes theory workers' important mission.Under the new historical conditions, in the face of migrant workers in the large proportion of population in China which their contribution to society is prominent but their self-values difficultly realizes, how to improve their quality and ability of subjectivity, has important significance nor only for the development of group of migrant workers, but also the liberal and overall development of mankind. How to fuse the development of migrant workers' subjectivity and people's overall development, become the realistic problem with which people study is concerned at present.In the light of a great deal of problems (such as slow reform of household registration system, lag of the development of its corresponding system, lack of humane care, and their being discriminated against by other groups) in the development of migrant worker's subjectivity, and in the horizon of the materialist view of history, this text attempts in the activity of practice of migrant workers to analysis their development of subjectivity through the studying of establishment and promoting of the subjectivity ofthis group and anglicizing its development from multiple point of view and at the multi-level. Not only in the light of the characteristic of migrant workers in the macro-scope can we carry on qualitative analysis to its development of subjectivity, in order to show its stage of development;but also comprehend the degree of development of migrant workers ' activity, autonomy, and self-sufficiency from the angle of quantity in order to deepen the study on the development of migrant worker's subjectivity. Through exploring the reason for hindering migrant workers' development of subjectivity and then offering valuable trains of thought and countermeasure, we will deeply realize that its development of subjectivity is bound to incorporate into the liberal development of people in an all-round way at higher stage.To study the development of migrant workers ' subjectivity, have important and long-term significance for constructing the harmonious society and pushing on people development in an all-round way in the whole society, and will enrich and deepen the thought about subjectivity in Marxist philosophy too.
