The Research Of China's Political Reform From The 80's

The Study of reform of China's political system has again become the center of attention after being estranged for several years. The paper tries to do some summarizing work for the reform of China's political system and analyzes it in five aspects.Part One: the analysis of the necessity for China's reform of political system, delves afresh into political system and more clarifies its theory in line with Deng Xiaoping's theory involving the reform and its own reality. Besides, the paper studies initially the necessity of the reform, or its own powerhouse, from the angle of economics about the new system.Part Two: the historical stages, procedures and the fruits of the reform of China's political system. First, briefly reviews for the course of 28 year China's political reform, this course may divide into four stages approximately, namely the theory preparation time, the comprehensive deployment time, the adjustment the time and the stable development whole advancement time, each time has the different reform key. In the all, reform is continual and advances gradually. Next, separated, to the reform achievement from the party politics separating government administration from enterprise management, cadre aspect and so on personnel system reform and organization reform and democratic government by law has carried on the induction, the reform achievement is plentiful.Part Three: the characteristic and difficulty of political reform. First made the induction analysis to the reform overall characteristic, the political reform had the continuity; the overall striking characteristics and the gradual characteristic. Besides, the difficult points of the future political reform are analyzed. The crux is how to seek for the political legitimacy and solve the political problems with the social and economic development to alleviate the pressure from abroad, in the present politics and history of civilization. It is imperative to solve it for the reformers.
