The implementation of these steps hinders foreign trade development in other countries and they are so-called"Green Barrier".After joining in WTO, China has confronted with Green Barrier initiated by developed countries and suffered great loss as a result. Polluting industries and contamination in developed countries have been imported to our country, Green Barrier has influenced and will influence our country for a long period of time.
