With the development of the economy and the progress of the society, pepole's value view and moral view changes gradually. The punishment system has developed and evolved for thousands years. Now it is developing for the orientation of light, humanism and social punishment. So the community service punishment as a new punishment get more and more attentions form the judicial group. The community service have been a research focus in the judicial group. But as another manner of the community rectifying, the supervise punishment is now oppugned by many people. Just that two punishment with different treatment have many similarities.
