What this text pay attention to is the law language problems within the linguistics course, because the dynamic state within the law language research is not much, and the court judgment of our country just has transformed from the asking type judgment to the"accuse-defend"type court one, the importance of the law court argues language now comes out. Using the linguistics theories to study the law court argue language, not only can provide the reference to the judicatory practice, but also can strengthen the explanatory adequacy of the linguistics theories.The process of the law language research and the linguistics development is a vein to accept mutually. They are two parallel lines for proceed together. The research of the law language has three courses: the static state research of the law language characteristic-- the law language is looked as the research process and the dynamic state research-- law language of the process is looked as the tool. The development of the linguistics research goes through the"sentence construction phrase"to remit equally the phrasing research—the pragmatics research ,discourse analysis—the social linguistics studying development process. The processes of studies all seem to involve the scope to extend gradually and the situation to increases gradually. The law studying also cannot get away from the linguistics, which is a necessary way to study from the language angle. Also positively, the law cans not get away from the language, so law study and its activities provide new research realm for linguist and enrich the language resources of high value.
