Research On Transnational Organized Crime In Central Asia

Now the all independent countries in central Asia are during the political and economical system reformed. The difficulty economy, the advantageous geographical position, and unstable, imperfect social environment have provided the good external condition for the transnational organized crime. It develops rapidly in central Asia. Our Xinjiang is adjacent in west to central Asia. The transnational organized crime in central Asia is also enormous harmful to social stability, to economical development and to national unity of our Xinjiang's and the all central Asia countries'. Therefore, how to the effective control and strike against the crime, and how to construct the transnational cooperation mechanism, is the core of the criminal legislation and judicature of all central Asia countries and our China.From the angle of the international criminal law, this thesis begins with the general theories of the crime, then analyses and studies on the present situation, reason, developing tendency, typical type of the crime in central Asia,and pays more attention to the practice and the question of legislation and judicial of the crime of the all countries in central Asia and our China. At last gives some advices towards how to strike against the transnational organized crime in the central Asia. The author tries to do something good to the effectively against and prevention from the transnational organized crime in central Asia for the all countries in central Asia and our China.
