The policy of reform and open-up has brought enormous vigor into China's economy. It develops in a continuous, stable, and harmonious way. The overall national power is notably strengthened. However, after entering the WTO, with the increasing faintness of geo-economics and global flowing of the capital, China, like other countries and regions is facing the unavoidable, rampant challenge of money laundering of both overseas and domestic. Bank, as the social pivot of fund flowing, is extremely possible to be used as a channel for money laundering. Beginning with the theory of money laundering, this thesis will explain its historical origins and practical reasons. By the means of comparing of the theories in Eastern and Western countries, and basing on the current situation of our country, the author brings forward the research and the coordinate strategies of the legal system of against money laundering in the payments in our country. With the clue of the systematic financial laws, such as Knowing Your Customer, Recognition and Report of Suspicious Transaction and etc., this thesis is focusing on the characteristic of activity of money laundering and current work of against money laundering carried out by the banks. Closely related with the practice of banking payments, the author will try to explain the ways and measures adopted by the banks to against money laundering. The thesis covers four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction of the thesis. second illustrates the concept of money laundering; third, the current situation of anti-money laundering in the banking is discussed; chapter four is about the legislation improvement of money launder of financing in our country and the corresponding strategies.
