A Study On The Rural Medical Treatment System In China

Perfect social security system is one of the most important parts of socialist market-oriented economic structure as well as a significant guarantee to sustainable economy development and lasting political stability in China. However, rural residents have not got an equal right as urban residents because of the dual structure social security system. Social security system in rural areas is still on the fringe of the whole system, so it makes rural residents outside over a long period of time. As an important part of social security system, the building of the rural medical treatment system is far away from satisfaction. Many rural residents can't escape from poverty resulting from their illness. At the same time, due to the gradually increasing economic gap between the city and the countryside, rural residents are inferior to urban residents on social status, which deepens their resentful feelings against the Communist Party of China and the government. Therefore, it is very important to build the rural medical treatment system, which is based on ensuring human rights, realizing social equality in social security system.This paper includes four parts except for the preface, the concluding remarks, the main reference, the acknowledgment and the appendix. It is about 31 thousand words. Part 1 The brief account of the rural medical treatment system in China. Firstly, this part introduces its emergence and development, then analyzes its character and points out its function. It mainly aims at emphasizing its significance. Part 2 The goals of the rural medical treatment system. Proceeding from protecting the human rights (especially the right of existence) and realizing social equality, this part analyzes the goals is in accordance with the rural medical treatment system, and points out it is an important step to come into the goals.Part 3 The analysis of the current rural medical treatment system. This part analyzes the present situation of the rural medical treatment, the factors which hinder its development, and the deficiency in its system. It is urgent to perfect the rural medical treatment system.Part 4 The opinions about perfecting the rural medical treatment system. Firstly, this part puts forward the outline of perfecting the rural medical treatment system, which is based on Chinese condition; then advances the opinions about perfecting the rural medical treatment system from five angles.
