Pursuit of the learned art in the spirit of a public service of a public service is the primary purpose. From the viewpoint of the historic survey and reason analysis, lawyers as an Autonomous Social Force, come from confrontation between citizen's rights and state's power. The lawyer's professional independence is based on speciality and commonality. However, The lawyer's professional independence is brittle. Therefore it must face present threats and future challenges. In modern China ,when we actively insist on and promote the legal professionalization, we should take a comprehensive look on the legal professionalization.
