The Establishment Of The Intellectual Property Protection System For The Folklore

With the further developing of globalization, More and more countries begin to attach importance to Chinese folklore. This publicizes Chinese culture and advances Chinese international status. But, there are some problems during the course of transmission. For example, our folklore is used free by some organizations, even distorted and abused. So our country should set up the perfect legal protection system of folklore as soon as possible.Through the analysis of the existing forms of the folklore by using the legislative system of other countries and the international organizations for reference, the thesis summarizes the ways and significance of protecting the folklore in our country. Then, by analyzing some concrete problems, the author intends to make the scholars and the legislative pay emphasis on the protection of the folklore, to lay a foundation for setting up a Chinese-characterized legal system of protecting the folklore and to make the protection of the folklore become the common learning of our nation during the process of modernization of our country.
