Research On Civil Authentication System

System of civil authentication is one of the important components in system of evidence of civil procedure, and it has its scientific contents and institutional value. Different countries have different rules of this system. Based on specific historical and cultural tradition and deviation of judicial belief, System of civil authentication in our country, which noted as lacking of system and regulation, as uncompatiable to justice of procedure and as harmful for the realization of aimed value of lawsuit, has not been adapted to the modern judicial belief. By taking advantage of advanced foreign experiences and taking conditions of our country into consideration, this article intends to improve the system of our country theoretically and practically, so that it can not only fulfill the requirements of justice of procedure but also do good for discovery of truth.
