Research On Legislative Issues On Conviction And Punishment Of Crimes Committed By A Unit In China

This paper briefly reviews the features and development of criminal legislation on crimes committed by a unit since 1997.This paper further analyzes the main problems in the legislation concerning the conviction and punishment of such crimes: the definition ,the scope of subject of the crime, title of the crime, qualification of criminal responsibility and punishment. This paper also gives some solutions on improvement. In addition, this paper discusses the issues on the voluntary surrender and recidivists in case of a crime committed by a unit and advises to make relevant regulations on such issues.
