The Efficient Supplying Analysis Of Security Service Of Fire Protection

Security service of fire control becomes more and more vital in our daily life, and it not only protects the people's life and property, but also ensures the social economic development. The Chinese government has stressed on the "duty" for many times in order to intensify the security of the fire control. But the reality of today's security of the fire control is not so optimistic and perfect. In recent years, the index of fire in China keeps increasing. Although the input from the government is increasing, the result is not so perfect. How to efficiently offer security service of fire control is a key duty we have to face.In terms of public property theory, and based on the identity of quasi- public property of security service of fire control and its supplying ways, we'll search how to provide efficient security service of fire control in the age of economic transferring in China. According to the examples of two pluralistic modes in security service, i.e, fire control agency and fire control in community, we'll search the efficient ways of security service of fire control, farthest improve the security environment of fire control and protect the people's safety and property.This thesis includes five parts. The first part is the preface; part two is about public property and supplement, briefly state the definition and theory of public property, which is the base for further analyzing security service of fire control; The third part is the attribute of fire security service and the situation of today's fire control. In terms of the previous introduction of public property, make analysis of attribute of security service of fire control, then list out the problems existing in security service and make a further analysis. The forth part is to provide the first advice for efficient supplement of Chinese fire security service: fire control in community. To introduce the managing mode for fire control in community, Choose Guiyang city as the example, the fifth part is to provide the second advice for efficient supplement of Chinese fire security service: fire control agency; this part analyzes the importance of fire control agency, and gives some information about the development of fire control agency in Guizhou Province. The sixth part is conclusion. In this part, after the expatiation above, we can find the deficiency of efficient security service of fire control in China and also find the ways to solve it.
