This research focuses on the relationship among job satisfaction , organizational climate and job stress ,the measuring scales used in this study have been used widely at home and abroad. This study tries to find out the general conditions about the job satisfaction , organizational climate and job stress of civil servants, and how the organizational climate , job stress, demography factors such as sex influence job satisfaction. We hope it will provide some preference for the leaders and administrators to establish good organizational climate ,lighten civil servants' job stress and improve governments' management effects.Measuring scales used in this study are the job satisfaction scale , the job stress scale and the organizational climate scale which have been used widely at home and abroad. This study also retested the validity and reliability of the three scales , which shows they are all of high validity and reliability .This study investigate and analyze the general conditions about the job satisfaction , organizational climate and job stress of the356 civil servants. The result shows that: the levels for job satisfaction , organizational climate and job stress of the civil servants are not very high ,which are just a little higher above the medium levels. The civil servants with different demography factors have different influences on their job satisfaction, but they are without outstanding differences. Different job stress , organizational climate have different influences on civil servants' job satisfaction . civil servants' job stress can influence their job satisfaction directly and indirectly by their organizational climate.
