The international market began to form. The former regulating system of the market and country needs to be replenished. The international market formed by the globalization of the market also needs relevant regulating system. The basic regulation is still the regulation of the market, but it is a kind of international regulation. The international market is mainly made up of the market of individual countries. The main subjects come from individual countries. They are regulated by their own countries.
