Whether a company can set up an effective corporate governance system will directly affect the performance of a company. It is key for the modernization of China to establish a flexible and efficient company internal control system is. Therefore, it is necessary to research on this issue not only for the development of the theories of company laws but also for the provisions of solutions to practical issues.With the social development, the company system evolves.
