Real estate management is an outcome of the development of real estate. With the development of the reformation of the housing system, the privacy degree of housing owning house increases by a considerable extent, thus, real estate management has grown rapidly as a new public service model.It contains both circulation and consumption fields and refers to many complicated law regulations. However, the government has not made a standard law in this field, and at present there are only real estate management regulations carried out by the Nation Department on September 1st in 2003 as well as some local regulations.These regulations are usually not satisfying for their lack of experience or administrative levels. Many questions arising out from practice have made the real estate management companies, the house owners and even the judicial department confused. There is much theoretical argument on the cases referring to the compensations that the house owners require towards the real estate companies when they suffer fortune or personal loss in the residential section. The judicial branch of government has not offered specific regulations , then it becomes quite necessary to have a profound analysis to the questions.The following deals with the responsibility of security for the real estate companies in four parts.
