It is experiencing the experiment of community correction in Shanghai and Peking. As a result,we do not talk about that it is good or bad, after all we have already exceeded onestep.It is already the successful beginning. It is the community correction system that reflects real concern for human rights and care and love to the person. It is also the valuable place of this system.It is divided into three chapters in this thesis. Chapter 1: Practice proof and investigation of Chinese community correction.I investigate it from two aspects,ie the system norm and the reform and investigation of Chinese community correction.It is divided into the direct norm and indirect norm about the system norm of the former. The "reform and investigation" in the latter investigates community correction in Shanghai and in peking.because it makes more mature. At the same time, I investigate performance circumstance of Chinese community correction.On this foundation we find the characteristics and the currently existent problem in our community correction and practice.For this reason, I put forward problem in this thesis.
