Research On Legal Problems In Delivery Of Commercial Housing

In the contract's transaction of commercial housing sales, the house buyers have two core objectives. One is the delivery of commercial housing which matches conditions; the other is to acquire the ownership of the commercial housing. The course of the house buyers achieve the two goals is also the course that the soar of disputing cases. The research on the transfer of commercial housing ownership is plentitude, but research on the delivery of commercial housing is inadequate at present, and the research on it centralizes on the ways to settle the disputes in present legal system, the study on introspection and improvement of the system itself is lack. The paper studied the main types and the solutions of the disputes in the delivery of commercial housing, to further discuss the system defects, propose some preliminary advices to improve it. I expect of those advices will be helpful to the settlement and reduction of the disputes in delivery of commercial housing.There are four parts in my thesis.In the first part I make a brief introduction to the base theory of delivery of commercial housing, including the connotation of commercial housing, the definition and intension of delivery of commercial housing, the patterns and legal significance.
