The 21st century is network times. The traditional social relationships are being reconstructed in network world and the network society is on the stage. A completely new lifestyle is disconstructing and reconstructing the life of more and more young people. They live and communicate with others through network. They study, go shopping, see a doctor, e-mail and amuse themselves though network. They communicate with others and construct private space through network. And they also participate political life and public life through network. The network life has been indispensable for youth netizens. Accordingly, the revolutionary innovations have taken place in the social political status, the political socialization process, the political feature and the political participation of the youth ,for the unique way of network existence and operating.On the basis of practices and researches, the author made his own views about the new paradigm of the socialized youth politics under the terms of network. The paper consists of four main parts. The first part defines the concept of the network society, the youth politics socialization and the paradigm transition, to clarify the object and scope of the research. The second part demonstrates the reality that the network society will be a new type social form in the aspects of the social production mode, social relations communication, philosophical basis and empirical data. The third part generalizes the paradigm of youth politics socialization of the network society in the aspects of macro technical background, the ways, the institution, the forms, the history, the aims, and the contents of the completely new politics socialization.
