As a common multiple criminal offence in judicial practice, transformed robbery is related to the transformation of criminal act and character, so it is quite difficult to be defined. Based on the combination of theories and practices, this dissertation aims to discuss the crime of transformed robbery.This dissertation is divided into three main chapters.The first chapter mainly presents some concepts related to transformed robbery, namely, robbery and transforming crime, and also provides the definition of transformed robbery and lawmaking reforms. First of all, robbery is defined as an illegal act of possessing owners'property with violence, threats, or other illegal methods. The transforming crime refers to the crime of an executor when or after carrying out an act of one crime, his act has met constitute of another crime due to the appearance of certain special fact or element. Also, transforming crime has two main features. Firstly, the transformed crime is conditioned on the existence of basic crime. Secondly, transformed crime refers to one crime (transformed crime) is transformed from another crime (basic crime), or from misdemeanor (basic crime) to felony (transformed crime). Moreover, the time condition of transformed crime is the duration of committing the basic crime or illegal acts. And also, lawfulness is another basic feature of transformed crime. Through analysis of above concepts, the crime of transformed robbery can be defined as follows,The criminal commits robbery, fraud and steals with violence or threats, in order to hide stealing, resist law, or destroy evidence. Therefore, this severe behavior can be defined transformed crime.
