Pay Attention To The Youth Of The Margin In Shanghai

The paper objects to the "community youth", with the background of political and economic transformation in Shanghai. Pay much attention to the community youths' learning, education, employment, existence in the fierce competition. According to the recent research and issue, 1 worked in the Shanghai community youths' affair office from June 2005 to August 2005. From the practical experience, I have realized the actuality and emphases of the community youth, which did great help for the further investigation. In the following three months, I went deep into the community and worked with the social workers in order to make effort to strengthen the educational work and skill training from the point of society and culture, which will provide the decision makers with valuable information and some reference for community youths' growth.There are four chapters together:The first chapter puts forward to the necessity of doing the research of community youth from the view of society, law and education, then focuses on the educational issue. Under the circumstances that education is not optimistic, it provides opportunity to carry out further study.The second chapter ascends the efforts that Hong Kong, US and Britain have done in the field of social work. Because of lacking of the corresponded saying, we can only use the similar ways.The third chapter analyses the investigation of the educational status of community youth. Based on the existing research, combining with the result of questionnaire done by Sunshine Center 2005, do some related research, from social stratification, case analysis, and whole discussion. Then make further interview pointedly. Finally, do analysis from the point of culture and society.The fourth chapter does some investigation of learning society and educational issue of community youth, then gives some suggestions of their resocialization, from the aspects of hardware, system and thoughts.
