Adhering To People-Oriented Ideology Is A Must Of Overall Implementing The Scientific Development Concept

On entering the new century, the Party Central Committee led by Secretary Hu Jintao called on all the party members and all the Chinese people to overlook the whole situation of economic and social development with the scientific development concept in mind. This indicates that comprehensively implementing the scientific development concept is of great importance strategically and historically. While comprehensively implementing the scientific development concept is a complex system concerning all aspects if our society. In this process, we must adhere to the people-oriented ideology in order to ensure the implementation of the scientific development concept in all respects.
