The Research On The Cognitive Condition And Training Policy Of The University Students In Terms Of The Physical Education Law

With the basic policy of"Managing State Affairs by Law"putting forward, it reflects that the party and nation have paid much attention to exercising the rule of law towards whole country, especially under the condition of establishing and developing the socialistic market economy, and provide an unprecedented chance for the jural establishment of the socialism. The jural market economy and policy of"Managing State Affairs by Law"come to a decision that athletic business must be brought into the orbit of laws and then make the idea of managing sports stuffs by law come true in terms of market economy. Meanwhile the legal consciousness of the athletic group, the athletic lawmaking, executed the law of athletics and its check-up, constructing the institution of executing the law, made lots of progress. However, until now, university students have not made any reports about the cognition of athletic laws. Therefore, it is said that this research made some new commonsense in researching the realm of athletic laws via studying current of the athletic laws, analyzing their cognition law contents system and main characters, and then make great significance in advancing the idea of managing athletics by laws and then let the whole athletic business act as a legal system.Based on the substantial evidence, this study analyzed all the data by statistical methods, including 12 full-time-system university students in Guangdong, Hunan and Hubei province. The purpose of the research is to investigate and study the current cognition of athletic laws among the students, and focuses on the school-based athletic laws, social athletic laws and tournament athletic laws, in terms of filtering the content of athletic laws by using traditional classified methods. Also, the study explored the characteristics of the cognition from three aspects, time, space and behaviour.From the result, the cognition of athletic laws among university students could be divided three kinds of points. Firstly, from the time aspect, students'cognition could be impacted by the enacting time of the athletic laws directly. Secondly, from the space point, the excited spot of students'cognition is the guarantee of participant time. But the direction of obedience of the athletic management could form an opposed attitude of the students.
