On Construction Of Our Country's Legal Institution For The Circular Economy

Circular Economy has already had the fulfillment with great achievement for more than 20 years in the developed countries of the Europe and the America, However obtaining these achievements is depended on the action of taking the legislation as the forerunner, so as to push the Circular Economy into the strong legal track and move forward. Since the late of 20 century our country gradually, under the direction of sustainable development strategy, had attached importance to Circular Economy which could overcome the shortcoming of traditional economic mode, however had not much progress in the legislation aspect accordingly. It is the crucial part to construct the Circular Economy legal system to promote the development of Circular Economy in China. In view of present situation of our economy and social development, resources, and the Circular Economy legal rules and regulations, this thesis puts forward some ideas to the construction of legal system for the Circular Economy.The thesis "on Construction of Judicial Framework for Circular Economy", was divided into the preface, the three chapters and the conclusion. The first chapter summarizes the basic content of the Circular Economy, including the connotation, the nature, the movement principle, and the rationale of the Circular Economy, as well as the necessity and the measures to develop the Circular Economy. Provide the academic cushion for the research of the Circular Economy 'legal problem. The standpoint is that the traditional economic mode makes the society face a rigorous resources crisis, also arousing the problem of pollution and breaking of the environment, so developing the Circular Economy is the inevitable choice that can realize sustainable development.The second chapter aims to carry on the legal theory analysis for developing the Circular Economy. It mainly discusses the present situation, the legislative necessity of the Circular Economy of our country, and both the nature and the type of the Circular Economy law.
