The Study On Obligation Of Security

The establishment of the law institution of obligation of security is to comply with the public's requirements to the law and regulations about the obligation of security because of their impairments of the body and property. Some superficial viewpoints about the obligation of security will be put forward in this thesis through the historical and practical study methods. This paper includes five parts:In the first chapter, it mainly narrates the necessity to establish the obligation of security in China.In the second chapter ,it mainly discusses the conception , origin , cause of establishment of the obligation of security and so on.In the third chapter ,it discusses the controversial theory about the obligation of security,such as the character , the undertake of responsibility of obligation of securityIn the fourth chapter ,it elaborates the bear of the obligation of security of the main body of duty when the public's impairment are directly caused by others .It mainly narrates the supplementary duty.In the last chapter, the problems which will occur in the course of the development and perfect of obligation of security will be discussed.
