Mainland and Hong Kong/Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangements were signed on June the 29th 2003 and October the 17th 2003, which shows that the economic interchange among three regions is becoming more and more inseparable and the cooperation of economic is switching from natural fusion to organized fusion, which also indicates that the economic cooperation among three regions has been a key step of the economic integration. The coordination of legal systems of trademark is demanded by the regional economic integration. Because of the territorial characters of trademark laws, the trademark rights of three regions are independent. The conflicts of legal systems bring about trade barrier to the trade and economic development, and they are not leaving the aim of the CEPA. So there are great needs to study this thesis. This essay tries to give some suggestions on how to eliminate these conflicts on the base of other regions'different solutions.The essay has four chapters. Chapter one introduces the founding and development of CEPA and the effect of it on the communication of economic and law, especially the effect on the intellectual property among Mainland,Hong Kong and Macao. Chapter two illustrates the conflicts of trademark legal systems among three regions and the malpractice of the conflicts. Chapter three explores the strategy,principle of elimination the conflicts, and talks about the possibility of eliminating the conflicts under CEPA. The last chapter gives suggestions on how to coordinate the conflicts on the basis of other regional economic organizations' practice. To coordinate the legal systems of trademark is demanded under CEPA. It can promote the development of the economic among three regions.
