| This dissertation discussed the conceptions of justice and the harmonious society, inspected Chinese and foreign thinkers' thoughts on justice and the harmonious society, and pointed out the intrinsic relations of justice and the harmonious society: Justice is the premise and foundation of the harmonious society; Justice can promote the harmonious society's development; Justice is the harmonious society's ideal target, and then articulated justice is the core of value in harmonious societyThis dissertation pointed out all kinds of disharmonious phenomenona in current society: It is disharmonious between cities and countries, between the regions; income allotion and disparity between the poor and the rich are disharmonious; The corruption phenomenona and the group events are disharmonious, Obtained the disharmonious factors' root which is unjust ponderance.If we persist scientific development; rule nation legally; construct "olive-model" social structure, it is possible to eliminate above disharmonious phenomenona, but the fundamental road is to design civil society.
