Study On The System Of Regional Economic Organization Within The WTO Construction

CEPA Agreement was officially entered into force on January 1,2004, which brings the beginner of WTO theory and practice in China,and the application also shows China has actively participated in the regional economic integration.As a member party of WTO,China has the duty to abide by the relevant rules of WTO and to accept the investigation and supervision thereof.As the same time China has right to protect its domestic market and factory industry and enhance economy development in accordance with WTO rules.This article mainly analyzes the relevant rules of WTO regional economic organization systems,including the analysis of Article 24 in GATT 1997,Understanding Of Interpretation of Article 24 in GATT 1994, Article 5 in GATS and the authorization clauses.The author also disserts...
