Chinese Dualistic Economic Structure Transference And Household Register System

Dualistic economic structure is ordinary in most developing countries. It's one of the main contents of Modern Development Economics. Many Scholars have paid close attention to the structure. This kind of structure is especially typical in China. We must eliminate the structure help economic development. In my graduation thesis, I will try to find the background factors that have impelled to form the dualistic structure. Then I will try to find ways of eliminating the structure.There are four parts in the thesis. In chapter one, it is talked about the backgrounds that how the dualistic structure has been formed. The modern dualistic structure is much disadvantageous. Some foreign dualistic structure theories ate talked in chapter two. These theories can give us some references of elimination to eliminate the dualistic structure.In China, dualistic structure and household register system impel each other to consolidate. Under the structure and household register system, rural and urban citizens are treated unequally. We must change the condition give everyone equal country treatment. How to do that, however? That is, we must do away with the dualistic structure.Some obstacles, rigid rural land system, slow agricultural industrialization and rural industrialization, prevent the dualistic structure from transforming.
