About the question of the death penalty, criminal law scholars has more fully discussed in our country, this text study the issue of the death penalty from the perspective of the concept. Currently, the concept of the death penalty has emerged in our country and some other countries and regions in the world, and China's criminal law scholars to study it relatively little. Because the important influence of the concept of the death penalty to the legal system of the death penalty, this text select the concept of the death penalty for study.
