Research On Perfecting The Supervision System Of Securities Market

Chinese securities market is an emerging market with various problems. Thus, it is essential to ensure its healthy development by effective supervision. As a measure of security supervision, the circuit inspection system means inspect reformation of system and operation of listed company on the spot as definite proportion according to law, aiming at common problem existed in listed company. Due to the over centralization of shares, the ineffective administrative structure inside the listed company, inadequate supervision rules and regulations, acts of violation emerge increasingly in our listed company, which have done damage to the benefits of investors and orders of market economy. There is no definite regulation of circuit inspection system in domestic, which is one of security supervising rules. Considering these conditions, there is great urgency of forming circuit inspection system.Integrating theory with practice, based on economic analysis, value analysis, comparison analysis and systems analysis. On basis of survey historical change of supervising rules under investigation of different supervision system, I scanned and analyzed status of domestic security supervision and emphasized circuit inspection rules of listed companies to promote some suggestions on founding model of our security supervision system and perfecting circuit inspection rules.
