As commercialized housing in our country further develops, the single mode of housing ownership has greatly charged. At the same time, due to the improvement of building level, more and more high buildings have come into being,which accordingly lead to some complicated disputes. Condominium ownership system is not only a type of real ownership in civil law, but also builds the system info of property management. It is the law base of property management. As an important real estate system, building differentation possession plays an important role in settling the relationship between rights and duty of the owners .The investigation of condominium ownership not only benefits the legislation of condominium ownership system, but also offers reference to the practice of condominium ownership. To guide property management with condominium ownership theory is also important to settle different kinds of problems in property management. So, a study of condominium ownership not only is of material theoretical significance, but also has material significance in actual operation. And it is a matter of necessity and urgency. From the general theories on the divisional ownership of building, the analyses of definition, nature, The purpose of this thesis is to provide reference and suggestions for the improvement of relevant legal system in China through study on theories and practices.
