Since 1994,state organs start to recruiting civil servants openly, with the principle of"open, equal, competitive, and selective".As a result ,the examination of civil servants begins nationwide. The examination of civil servants includes paper test and interviewing test . This study is quite a beneficial analysis and research base on the interviewing test.The study is based on collected interviewing test data in a province, and it analyzes the actual credential and efficient degree of structured interviewing test in civil servants examination. The result shows that in structured interviewing test technology, those who have been trained get higher credential degree, but there are some diversity in evaluation in different elements, and the homogeneity is better. They are also do well in index division degree, yet less in language expression and behavior appearance. There are some connections between projects, and closer in some projects .In efficient aspect, with number of data that indicate, structure interviewing test is a more efficient talent test technology .Meanwhile according to this analysis research ,the researchers also pose some advice on how to standardize structured interviewing test ,enhance credential degree, efficient degree and communality of grader in actual operation.
