The Discussion On Investment Responsibility Of Shareholders

The study of investment responsibility of shareholders has been on since the enacting of《The corporation law》in 1993,a lot of achievements has been absorbed in the new《The corporation law》which has been put into effect in 2006,but the question of its perfection needs us continue to think. This is also the author's original intention.By analyzing the key questions, applying economic analysis,value analysis,demonstration analysis, aiming at practice, beginning from the relative questions and basing on referring the foreign laws, the paper discusses the relative questions including controversial ones.
