Study On Harmonious Community Construction In Hebei Province

There are many sorts of communities. It refers to city community in this essay. A community is the basic element of a society. A harmonious community is the founda- tion of a harmonious society .The key point of building a harmonious community is to put the need of people in society on the first place, to meet their increasing material demand and life need, and to carry out the favorable policy of the Party and the Government to the community, so that the people in the community can share the de- velopment of social politics ,economy and culture.Some achievements of building harmonious communities in the field of community environment construction, the community education, the community culture, the community service, the community medical treatment, helping the deformities and elders etc. have been summed up, on the basis of introducing the concept of a community, the development of a community and the aim of building a harmonious community, by combining the practice of Hebei Province in building community. At the same time, the problems such as the limitation of the community management reform, the low level of the community worker's quality, the slack of the community funds, the imperfect community autonomy and the lack of collaboration with the units in the community etc. in construction have been analyzed, with the following suggestions and solutions. First, people in a community should actively take part in harmonious community construction through community autonomy. Secondly, community service should be improved by improving the quality of service staff. Thirdly, people in community can enjoy the achievements of community construction by developing community service. Thus the harmonious development of people with people, people with nature, and people with society in a community construction can be promoted.
