Nowadays, the trend of economic integration turns to be more and more obvious, among them the regional economic integration is especially outstanding. The law system of the regional economic integration involves into trade that contain visible trade, trade in service, the trade-related intellectual property rights and investment etc. While, to guarantee the valid operation of various systems and the agreement which member states reaches can be carried out, it is very necessary to establish the rules of the Dispute Settlement Mechanism.
