Copyright Research On The Parody

Along with the development of digital technology and the consummation of social democracy, as a literary expression, parody is keep on to regulate and change our life. But our copyright law does not define this literary expression yet, with the purpose of improving on legislation and instructing the development of parody, this article will be divided into four paragraphs to explain this problem.First, I will conclude the traits of parody and the meaning of research on it by the analysis on the history and development of parody.Second, this article also researches on the basic philosophical and constitutional principle of parody, expecting though the analysis of theoretic law, to dig out more traits of parody and find out the theoretic basic of legalization.Third, I will use the method of comparative law; analyze the legislation and judicature practices mainly on the America and Europe.
