Research On Legal Issues Of Protection On Traditional Knowledge Resource

As everybody knows, the worldwide protection of traditional resource knowledge has been focused on resource party and technology party. The benefits arising on account of this cooperation have influenced the protection of resource knowledge at a more global level. Traditional knowledge resource protection actually means protection of traditional knowledge, popular literatures and arts, inherit resource, even to the related owners. To all recource countries, effective management and protection of its own traditional knowledge is not only the best way to execute the property of the traditional recourse, but also the pre-procedure, juristic condition. Originally, the basic policy was just to keep or save these essentials but with the application of modern technology, the potential impact on utilization of these inherit resource becomes more great. And it makes more and more people realize that how to use is more important than just save or keep it. The creation of resources using this traditional knowledge is the theme of this paper.
