Civil Liability On The Environmental Tort

With social development,people have been paying more and more attention to the question of environmental protection.And with the rapidly large-scale development of industrialization and urbanization,environmental tort and relevant civil responsibilities and relieves because of environmental pollution and ecological destruction has become a great social problem the manking facing.Environmental tort is one of specific torts, that not only causes environmental pollution and damage to ecosystems, but also caixses personal injury, loss of property . Compensation and get rid of infringe are the major remedies in civil legal systems.In China environmental tort law system in modem sense has formed already,but there are still some questions in its legislation .This article bring some suggestions,which are hoped that could give some help. In this article,I study deeply in civil liability system of environmental tort through comparing with and analyze the relevant domestic and abroad theories based on the present theories.The article contains four parts,the summary,imputation principle, causal relationship and undertaking methods.
