At the beginning of 20^th century, the trust system spread from America into China. The transplantation went through a process which was long and getting more and more mature. Both the trust and the relevant trust system need to be develop in discoveries and references from those of other countries. The key point of the perfection of relevant trust systems is the construction of trust imposition.With the promulgation of Trust Law of The People's Republic of China, Management Regulations of Trust Investment Company, Interim Measures for the Administration of Capital Trust of the Trust and Investment Companies, the trust industry is playing a more and more important role in China's modern financial market, accompanying with banking, insurance and security industry. Although once there are some risks in the trust industry, the market has shown great need for trust business in general. At the same time, the business models in some trust companies are becoming more and more mature. For example, the trust productions are more abundant, quality is improved and the investment structure is more stable. Under this circumstance, it is important for us to develop and perfect the relevant systems. The legal construction of trust imposition influences people's choice over trust productions to a large extent, as well as the perfection of China's entire tax system, which can support the finance and carry on re-allocation. Hence the construction of the relevant trust systems is of great significance to the development of the entire trust industry.As the result of transplant, China's trust legal system inherits the trust theories and was improved in accordance to the real situation and legal culture in China.
