The Study On Improving The Leading Cadres' Ruling Capability In The New Situation

In the new situation and new tasks, the study how to improve the leadership capacity of the ruling, is a theoretical and a practical issue for us to strengthen the party's ruling capacity building, consolidating state power, and has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance.
