Study On The Theory And Implementing Of Stratagem Psychological Warfare

Stratagem psychological warfare is adopted for the army corps and the people of enemy states or other states to achieve the definite stratagem aim, and is a new kind of international politics warfare way. Since Second World War, stratagem psychological warfare brings into playing a more and more important role in international warfare and high-tech local war. Even some experts predict, the intending psychological campaign will be stratagem psychological warfare. Therefore, studying stratagem psychological warfare, is a new task that prepares for new campaign and winning intending war, is also an impersonal demand of developing international warfare and protecting national benefit. In this dissertation there are mainly two lays discussed deeply. One is the basic theory of stratagem psychological warfare; the other is how to put it in practice. Summarizing its meaning, basic characters, origin development, actuality and heading, opening out the basic principle, discussing the basic principle of strategy put in practice, studying the basic measure of building power, pointing out the way of evaluating its impact, which makes the dissertation academic practically.
