Protection Of The Right To Personal Data Privacy In The Internet

The utilization and popularization of network bring people fortune and put people's privacy into an embarrassing situation at the same time. The right to personal data privacy in the environment of network is enduring unprecedented violation and severe consequences and facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore it is necessary to discuss the legal system of privacy deeply, especially to study how to improve the protection of the right to personal data privacy in the internet. The author tries to suggest how to tackle this problem in this thesis.This paper contains four chapters.The first chapter generalizes the right to personal data privacy. The first section of this chapter demonstrates the concepts of privacy and the right of privacy; the concepts of personal data and The right to personal data privacy in the Internet. Then the paper points out the main content and characters of the right to personal data privacy in the internet. The author studies and analyzes a lot of cases, and make a conclusion that there are six encroachments in the internet, such as disclosing user's privacy, Hacker's attack, delivering junk mails and so on.
