Views On International Integrated Process And Development Tendency Of Contract Law

One basic feature of modern society's economic globalization, it is basic reason of Contract Law's international too. International Because international trade, international invest and international finance develop high-speed, all countries economy integrate close together and the process of modern society's economic globalization develop high-speed. Because productive force develop high-speed and science develop high-speed, modern society's economic globalization is inevitable. This thesis mainly discusses following parts: Modern society's economic globalization affect Contract Law of all countries and Contract Law of all countries develop.First, through the analyzing the differences of two law systems in capitalism world----continental law system and Anglo-American Law system in Contract Law, this thesis accounts the necessity of present Contract Law's international integration; Second, the analyses of "United States' International Cargo Sales Contract Pact", "Mutual Rules of International Business Contract", "Rules of Europe Contract Law "and others demonstrate human beings' important results through their works on Contract Law's international integration and the important functions of Contract Law's international integration on economic globalization's process; Third, through analyzing every kind of important results from previous Contract Law's international integration process, it tries to account its development tendency in the ways and methods.On the whole, economic globalization is the inevitable tendency of economic development, while Contract Law's international integration is the inevitable tendency of Contract Law's development. The development of economic globalization decides that Contract Law has to be united in the world, while the development degree and the quality of Contract Law's international integration will also has many effects on the development of economic globalization.
