There is shareholder's right separation on our stock market for a long time. Shareholde's right separation has stopped the development of stock market in our country. We know the lack of legal regulation will change the direction of the reform, but we need relevant legal regulation to reform the stock market and establish a pure stock market. So we should analyse the present situation and take a good plan pogress step by step. At the same time, we should study the legal regulation of stock market on developed countries, and build a perfect and pure stock market in our country.This dissertation consists of three chapters. It discusses the conception, reason, origin, situation of the shareholder's right separation reform and some questions existed present and will appear. And it discusses the legal regulation. It includes the consideration, promise, recommendation, recombination, behind the scenes trade control and company administration of the shareholder's right separation reform. It analyses the lack of legal regulation. It gives priority to the legal regulation announced on the process of the reform and refers to the legal regulation of developed countries on behind the scenes trade control and company administration.Chapter one is a brief discussion of the shareholder's right separation reform. It includes the conception and reason of shareholder's right separation reform.Chapter two tells about the origin and present situation of the shareholder's right separation reform.
