On The Research Of Administrative Ethics From A Viewpoint Of Harmonious Society

The construction of Harmonious Society is a large project, and the primary targets of Harmonious Society are social impartiality and social order. The construction of Harmonious Society is the target and request of social management of public administration and public service. Social impartiality and social order are also the primary targets of administrative ethics. Therefore, administrative ethics and Harmonious Society are closely related.This degree paper has emphasized the practical effects of administrative ethics in the construction of Harmonious Society, and has a perspective on public administration from two ethical visual angles, which are moral public administration and legal public administration. As important content of administrative ethics, moral public administration and legal public administration will act smoothly in the course of supplying social impartiality and social order. This degree paper tends to achieve social impartiality with moral public administration, and tends to achieve social order with union of moral public administration and legal public administration. Besides, this degree paper has raised moral public administration and legal public administration to the height of managing state affairs, they are responses to ruling the country by law and ruling the country by virtue.However, government itself must be harmonious in the Harmonious Society. The implementing of system designing for administrative ethics is an effective way to build a harmonious government.
