Seeing from the ecomomic development between the United States and Taiwan, Taiwan is the developing and expanding market of the United States. There are major interests in the trade between the United States and Taiwan, particularly in the military arms trade , it brings huge benefits to U.S. arms manufacturers. In addition, the investment between the United States and Taiwan will continue to increase. Finally, domestic political needs .Since the 1990s, the domestic political factors in the cross-strait policy of U.S. had become even more pronounced. The combination of internal and foreign affairs has become closer and more consistent. Because policy makers tend to observe international system through the refraction of domestic political so as to formulate foreign policy. Therefore, in the process of inspecting Taiwan Strait policy, we must go to the internal mechanism of the United States foreign policy. Only in this way can we form a correct understanding of the decision-making behavior of the United States, and thus we can make accurate estimates and judgments. The influence of the policy on Taiwan: First, encourage the arrogance of the "Taiwan independence" forces. Secondly, the strengthen Taiwan's military strength.
