Research On The Party's Ability Of Social Conformity In The Period Of Social Transformation

Any country that wants to obtain the success of the reform must enable the process of the reform to have the controllability firstly. Our country is a "later and exogenous modernizing country", our reform is impelled from top to bottom by the government and as a political party in power, the Communist Party of China is always at the leadership position in the Chinese socialist reform. Therefore, in order to guarantee the reform smoothly carrying on, the Communist Party of China must be able to control the process of the socialist reform, that is, she must fully perform its function of the social integration. The society, as an entity, objectively needs the conformity; the social integration is a general characteristic and the basic mission for a political party in power.At present, our country is being in the period of intense social transition, many aspects of the society, such as the society's macrostructure, the microscopic foundation, the social relates, the value, the culture and the psychological structure and so on, is transforming thoroughly, the society is moving from the tradition towards the modern age, namely, the society gradually tends to be the openness, the democratization and the multiplication. The social differentiation and the diversity of people's value and the way of the behavior has poured the new vigor into the development of the society; But at the same time, some problems such as the existence of the polarization between the rich and the poor , the appearance of the pragmatism value in pursuing "personal interest", and as well as the serious inequality of the resources distribution have also poured many unstable factors into the society's development; in addition, our country must complete the reform task in several dozen years which the western nations have completed in several hundred years then, and therefore compared with the western nation's gradual social reform, our country's reform is the kind of sudden change, which has the nature of the concentration, the social problems will also be more centralized and incisive. How does the Communist Party of China control the present reform situation and eliminate the unstable factors of the reform. This is the key point this article studies.The political party in power relies on its most basic function--the function of thesociety integration--to control the process of the reform. Before the implementation ofthe reform and opening policy, the political party in power depends upon its own administrative integration way to cause the society to be highly conformed wholly; Since the implementation of the reform and opening policy, although the society appears many new social integration factors, the Communist Party of China is always the centre of the social integration. Facing the complex social transition situation, how does the political party in power change the past sole administrative integration way and construct a set of effective social integration mechanism, that is a question which is worth inquiring about deeply.This article is divided into three parts: the first part is "the character of the traditional social integration mechanism of People's Republic of China". This part outlines the main strengths, way and channel of the traditional social integration mechanism, which has laid the theoretical basis for the following research on the party's social integration function in the period of social transformation.The second part is "the opportunity and the challenge the party's function of social integration is facing in the period of social transformation". This part mainly analyzes the opportunities and the challenges which the party's social conformity function face in the restructuring period, which finds the breach of the problems for the following construction of the party's social conformity mechanism.The third part is "constructing the new social conformity mechanism, cultivating and consolidating the party's main social conformity channels". This part analyzes systematically the party's social conformity channels from the following five aspects: the organization conformity, the ideology conformity, the benefit conformity, the system conformity and the legal conformity.The three parts of the article, from the discussion of the elementary theories, to the introduction of the problems, and finally the solution of the problems, have guaranteed the relative integrity of the entire research topic.
